has just been snowboarding properly for the first time and loved it, but aches now

clumsiness is a hazard to those who suffer it, it should be covered by 24 hour nursing care. Hot milk is not relaxing when poured on yourself

excellent, I have hot water and heat again. didn't appreciate it enough when I always had it and I was only without 36 hours

happy to of taken this week off. but need start earning again next week I think
